1. The Company agrees to ship invoiced items within 10 business days and backordered items within 30 days upon receipt of signed invoice and
    payment in full. All orders are subject to the Terms & Policies of The Buy Rite Vending Company as outlined on our website.
2. The Company shall choose the freight carrier unless otherwise specified by the Buyer and agreed to by Company.
3. Orders are shipped either freight prepaid & added to invoice or freight collect, unless otherwise stated on invoice.
4. It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect his order upon delivery and notify the freight carrier and the Company of any discrepancies, damages,
    and/or shortages of invoiced items.
5. Prices do not include locations or the securing of locations. Locations are the responsibility of the Buyer and his contracted locating agent.
6. The Buyer has the right to cancel this order within 48 hours of order date. Once the 48 hours has expired, and/or the order has been shipped,
    should the buyer either decide to cancel or refuse delivery of said order, the buyer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all freight charges
    incurred. Orders that were paid by credit card and cancelled will incur a 3% processing charge.
7. Once the invoiced items are delivered to and accepted by the Buyer, the Company's responsibility to the Buyer is complete and sale is final.
